The FRINGE WORLD Awards celebrate the best at the Festival with over $400,000 paid directly to our Award Winning Artists since 2012.
FRINGE WORLD Awards are given to the best shows in each genre category, plus there are a bunch of special awards that are unique to our Festival. More than 100 volunteer judges drawn from Perth’s artistic community see the shows and decide who is worthy of a FRINGE WORLD Award.
Every Wednesday during the Festival, we announced the Weekly Award Winners on social media with the Overall Winners revealed in a special ceremony on the final day of the Festival.
Thanks to the generous contributions made by our Sponsors, both past and present, as well as the wonderful people who attend and support our events, in 2024 we have been able to double cash awards and bursaries.

Funding for the Awards Program comes directly from the generous donations made to The Fringe Fund and from part proceeds generated from the sales of products made by the legends at Gage Roads Brew Co with their cheeky brew Pinky Sunset Cider and Idle Hands Drinks Co with exclusive Fringe Collab Products - Wild strawberry + White Choc Daquiari and Yuzu Gin with Grenache and Rhubard.
